Shamanic healing is a spiritual practice found in cultures around the world— from ancient times up to the present day—and it encompasses a variety of techniques that have been passed down for thousands of years. 

Just as in ancient times, contemporary people consult with modern day shamanic practitioners for practical solutions to problems in everyday life—from personal illness, professional challenges, or family discord, to ancestral issues and generational trauma. 

​Shamanic practitioners direct and move energy to restore harmony within. They are trained to recognize that all illnesses have a spiritual component and that everything is connected—the spiritual, emotional, physical, and mental. A shamanic healer works in tandem with ‘helper spirits’ to repair a soul, as well as cutting 'cords' that bind, and retrieving lost spirit guides and animals.

If one is willing and open, a shamanic healing can engage and catalyze the spiritual and self-healing capacities of the body that are often overlooked or pushed aside by traditional therapies and modern medicine.
